Leah Roberts

Leah earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Arkansas Tech University. She began her career in banking, working in customer service and loan processing, where she reviewed financial documents, ensured accuracy and compliance, and kept systems organized so nothing was overlooked. She later transitioned into education as a middle school English and Reading teacher, where she strengthened her skills in communication, organization, and tracking performance to support student growth.

In her role with Lighthouse Planning, Leah will support financial planning operations by maintaining organization across client accounts, streamlining processes, and helping create a smooth, positive experience for clients. She enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organized and running smoothly.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, hiking local trails—especially at Lake Catherine State Park—painting, and finding ways to give back and help those in need. She and her husband, Seth, have been married since 2016 and have a daughter, Blakely.
