Chris Robinette, MBA, LUTCF
Founder & Financial Planner
Chris is a native Oklahoman, born and raised outside of Oklahoma City. After high school Chris attended the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD where he graduated with a BS in Economics with honors. After traveling the world with the Navy, Chris returned to Oklahoma in 2009 to attend the University of Oklahoma, where he received his MBA degree.
Fresh out of the Naval Academy, Chris headed to Pearl Harbor for the USS CHOSIN. In 2005, Chris deployed to the North Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon return in 2006, Chris was selected to train as a nuclear engineer and would later help build and commission the USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH in Norfolk, VA.
With his mom passing while he was deployed, he came to realize and value the importance of proper personal financial planning and building a legacy. Chris has been striving since 2011 to help his clients build and grow their legacies while attempting to protect them from the sudden shock his family experienced.
Chris moved to Music City in 2011, where you can often find him cheering on the Nashville Predators, hiking, and exploring the gorgeous landscape Middle Tennessee has to offer.
In the years since moving to Nashville, Chris has been an active board member for several non profit agencies and currently serves on the board for Songs for Sound. Chris is passionate about serving his community and hosts an annual casino night to raise money for multiple veteran charities each year. Chris has also been recognized with multiple awards throughout the years with his favorites including Nashville 40 Under Forty (2013) and Veteran Business Leader (2015) and Forbes List for TN (2024).

As a combat medic, infantry leader, and now as a financial planner, three truths have stood out throughout my life. First, my faith and family are the foundation of my being. Second, I’ve learned to approach situations by identifying and eliminating risks and vulnerabilities—skills that have safeguarded both lives and livelihoods. Third, people are the most critical asset—people are the mission.
I built my practice and designed my process striving to eliminate the three most common risks that plague the financial planning industry: while adhering to these 3 truths.
Financial planning should never be one-size-fits-all—it should be as individualized as the people I serve. Understanding your life story and vision for the future is the only way to create a financial roadmap that truly fits. I start by asking about your life, your heart, your story, and your future, because these pillars should shape your financial strategy—not just your net worth.
My family and I live in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. When I have ‘me time,’ you’ll likely find me playing or watching hockey, working on my golf game, or striving to hit a multi-day streak at the gym. I enjoy spending time outdoors—on trails, around campfires, or on weekend trips with my family. Together, we love live music, a good movie, or sharing a great meal.
